Brief
Create an automated, in-store digital experience for on-boarding customers to the new Virgin Mobile network, launched in the UAE.

Strategy
Working with Start Design in Dubai, Engage Works provided the technical framework and hardware to launch a brand new customer experience through Virgin Mega stores and mobile locations throughout the UAE. The hands-on engagement enabled new customers to build their plan, pick a phone number, pay for and collect their SIM card. A number of mobile pop-up experiences were also created to provide flexibility to the brand in their outreach to new customers. The approach was to give the client a uniquely fun experience in line with the Virgin Mobile brand and was launched in the region by Richard Branson
