CBRE and branding agency Me & Dave approached us to design and deliver a digital sales tool for their marketing suite that would allow potential customers to engage with the development and its potential, more than with traditional marketing methods. The digital installation is intended to not only be a within the permanent marketing suite at One Crown Place, but also as part of an overseas exhibition and for the software to operate on mobile devices.

The media wall included a ‘live’ apartment finder, 3D interactive context model, and interactive apps. We designed the software so up to three agents can use the wall at any one time to increase productivity within the space, along with four Surface Pro tablets to allow them to take the conversation from the wall into the show suite. We increased productivity and sales potential for CBRE by utilising dynamic technologies and intelligent user interface design. Malaysian developers, AlloyMtd, had purchased One Crown Place in the heart of Liverpool Street, offering residential, office, retail, and hotel facilities over 32 storeys. They appointed property consultants, CBRE, to bring this stunning mixed-use development to market. Throughout the project's design process, CBRE could adapt the user interface to suit their unique sales process, linking with the website and brochures.

One Crown Place

“A successful launch event created a buzz for the development with the media wall being the heart of all conversations. CBRE are now using the software overseas for exhibitions and Alloy have been able to take a version of the software back to Malaysia to help demonstrate the development when not in the marketing suite.”
