We were commissioned to deliver an inspiring brand experience and marketing suite connecting with visitors in a memorable way, and allowing sales agents to deliver a compelling pitch – reflecting the brand ambition of property developer Almacantar and The Bryanston development at all times.
We created a space and a journey to complement the client's need to use the space with ‘show home’ functionality, in the absence of a physical development. It included a 6x3m curved projection screen, 84"" touch screen, motorised three-dimensional building model, and ambient lighting and audio – all controlled with our bespoke FDN software.
Using cutting-edge technology and leveraging buyers data, we delivered a fully customised software that tailored the experience based on key steps in the marketing journey. Almacantar also had an incumbent delivery team that procured and installed the hardware system based on our design, overseen by our engineering department.
