EY Momentum Collaboration Centre

Our team holistically designed a collaboration centre where existing working methods could be accelerated using technology. The centre allows EY specialists to work alongside their client teams to help solve their most complex business problems in a fast, iterative and collaborative way.
We designed and built the software and technical hardware, which holistically integrated EY's existing ways of working, and evolved it to make the most of the technology – including multiple mobile touchscreens for breakout activities and a cutting-edge large format touchscreen media-wall, both enabled to host bespoke software created exclusively for EY's client events and workshops.
The mobile screens can be hot-swapped in the centre to change the configuration of the space when a live event is happening. Skype for Business and Vid- Conferencing are integrated into the user interface and clients can bring their own devices and connect into the system.
The project resulted in a full suite of collaboration software and tools to engage and inspire EY's clients and to accelerate their decision-making processes – aided by smart design and bespoke, interactive technologies.
