02

Strategy

Engage designed and built the software and technical hardware, which holistically integrated EY's existing ways of working, and evolved it to make the most of the technology – including multiple mobile touchscreens for breakout activities and a cutting-edge large format touchscreen media-wall, both enabled to host bespoke software created exclusively for EY's client events and workshops.

The mobile screens can be hot-swapped in the centre to change the configuration of the space when a live event is happening. Skype for Business and Vid- Conferencing are integrated into the user interface and clients can bring their own devices and connect into the system.

03

Client benefit

The project resulted in a full suite of collaboration software and tools to engage and inspire EY's clients and to accelerate their decision-making processes – aided by smart design and bespoke, interactive technologies.

Engage also have an ongoing support agreement in place with a full time technician on site.
